What is a progressive web app (PWA)?
A Progressive Web App (PWA) is a modern, web-based application that behaves like a mobile app from app stores.
Patients can access it directly from their browser, install it to their home screen, and use it in full-screen mode — complete with your clinic’s branding. Patients will view their home exercises, education, bookings, and communication tools via an app that looks like your clinic built it, because now, it can.
No app store downloads required.
It’s fast, secure, always up-to-date, and designed to provide a seamless experience across all devices.

How can I switch to a Tier 3 account?
If you have an individual Tier 1 or Tier 2 account on Embodia
Please email us at support@embodiaapp.com, and we will switch your account over to a clinic account at no additional cost. Then, you will be able to follow the steps outlined below.
If you have a clinic Tier 1 or Tier 2 account on Embodia
Access your clinic page from the top nav bar under My clinic > General info. There, you can:
- Change the name of your clinic by clicking on the Edit button
- Upgrade your membership tier by clicking on Change plan (click on this and select the Tier 3 Membership)
How do I know if I have an individual account or a clinic account?
When you log into your Embodia account, take a look at the top nav bar.
If you see a 'My Clinic' menu option there, that means that you have a clinic account.
