Collaborating on an exercise program

By default, any programs that you create for a patient cannot be modified by anyone else in your clinic (for more information on prescribing exercises, please refer to this help article). If any of your colleagues are connected to the same patient, they will be able to view the program that you've created for the patient as read-only, but they won't be able to make any changes to it.

If you would like to collaborate with other clinicians in your clinic on a patient program, you can choose to allow your colleagues to modify a program.

When sending a new program to the patient, you can check the Allow my colleagues to modify this program checkbox.

You can also modify this setting for programs that have already been shared with patients. For existing programs, the program page (found in the programs tab) will display if your colleagues have permission to modify your program.

To change this setting, click on the Edit (pencil) icon.

Note:
If you choose to allow modifications by your colleagues, they will be allowed to make any modifications to the program, including changing it's name, changing the program instructions, adding new exercises, editing and removing existing exercises (even if those exercises were added by another colleague), and deleting the program altogether. However, only the original creator of the program and the clinic manager can change the setting on a program to allow (or disallow) modifications by colleagues.
