Dance is an alternative integrative therapy that combines mind, body and social interventions into one activity. There is an increasing interest in the use of dance to as part of rehabilitation programs to improve mind-body health and promote a sense of community among older adults.
This webinar will:

- Review the latest evidence-based recommendation for falls-prevention
- Describe how dance may improve mobility and reduce falls-risk in older adults
