This course will guide you through the Scheduling features available on Embodia.
Scheduling on Embodia is easy, convenient, intuitive, and saves you a ton of time and money. Easily set up your services and customize what information such as consent forms and questionnaires your patients will receive automatically. Easily allow some, all, or no patients to book online with you. Take advantage of the Clinical case feature to improve analytics and reporting and save time. Our handy, clickable Onboarding checklist accompanies you as you set up your practice making your onboarding process seamless! Scheduling on Embodia requires a Tier 3 Membership. You can learn about our membership options here.
A Tier 3 Membership requires that you have a clinic account on Embodia. If you would like to create a Clinic account on Embodia, follow the steps outlined in this help article. If you currently have an Individual Membership on Embodia, please send us an email to support@embodiaapp.com so that we may switch your account to a Clinic Membership.
If you already have a Tier 3 Membership, you can perform all of the actions we outline in this course. We suggest watching/reading each subsequent lesson and then performing the task on your account. This will help solidify what you're learning.
